Our puppy Ryder was neutered in mid-April. He acted slow after I picked him up, but by the time he got back to his own element he was just like himself again. He had two teeth pulled while he was under as well. How old is your little guy? Ours was six months old and that could have been why he recovered so fast. Best wishes to your boy! I was a wreck before I brought mine in as well, but we have a great vet.
