That's weird. I too live in Fl and my Coco pants alot. She otherwise seems fine too. Drinks plenty. Most of the time she does it and we are inside so I know she's not hot. When she was little I swear I noticed she did it when she was getting sleepy. She is my first dog so I was worried at first but just figured it's a dog thing. I know they do it when they are hot, but I always found it odd she did it indoors.
