I had a dog that had an infection and his sheath was REALLY dirty. The vet cleaned it (flushed it they called it) and gave him a shot and he was good to go. I dont know about STD's, but I do know that the boys have to stay clean. There is no telling how long he was out before you found him and he could have gotten an infection. Let us know.
