I posted about it on here somewhere...its a long story. I found him on Memorial Day weekend and have done everything in my power to find the owner...everything. So either I take him in or I take him to a shelter, and the shelters in Los Angeles are brutal.
An STD? I didn't know dogs could get STDs. This is awful...
