That is very devastating to have Parvo in your neighborhood. Parvo can travel on people's clothing, or shoes. This is how is gets into the house. I would not be going over to your neighbors home right now. To protect your own dogs. Keep them inside, use pee pads, take your shoes off at the door , use hand washing techniques, and do everything possible to prevent this deadly illness from coming into your home.
Have your Yorkie, and rest of your dogs titer's done. Be extra cautious if you have a puppy .Because a puppy is more prone to this illness, and go downhill fast . I am so sorry .hugs .
