He probably will just poop it out but make sure you follow up to make sure. My granddaughter's cat once ate one of those small plastic dinosaurs and the surgery to repair the blockage was about $800. If it hadn't been done it would have killed him, I think it just depends on how it's sitting in there and the size of the intestine etc. Like I said it will probably be fine, just make sure you know positively that it's gone.
