I would just use your little finger every night for a month or so. You are trying to get her used to it again, not necessarily do a great job, so just go to her comfort level. If she wants to stop, stop. Make sure you are using a tasty toothpaste. Maybe after a week, put the toothbrush next to her with toothpaste on it and leave her alone with it. Then hold the toothbrush out and let her lick it. Then after she lets you open her mouth again, try the toothbrush again. Hope this helps.
