I'm so sorry that your girl has a problem with the little guy. I has a two year old male and recently got a female puppy. I went through the same thing with my male, he was really mean to June when she first came to us.
I would suggest that you separate them until she is better. If you have an expen, I would put him in there and let the others sniff him through it. This way, they will get used to him without being able to hurt him.
How did the bite come about? What else is she doing to him?
If she is snappy and snarly with him, that is just her way of teaching him some manners - puppies have no manners, they are all up in your face

.
If she is really aggressive and there are moments of tension before she launches herself at him, the best thing to do is to walk away if you see that there is tension. Better yet, sigh (or yawn) and walk away. They will probably follow you and the tension will be gone.
If you can explain a little more about what she is doing to him or how the biting is happening, I may be able to help more.
Good luck.
Ps. Don't get upset that she takes his toys. Dogs don't have a sense of ownership, so she has no clue that all the toys aren't hers.
