A lot of dog owners have this issue, my yorkie doesn't eat poop .. but one of my labs (that has since passed) did constantly. We had 2 dogs at the time, and she would only eat it when it was frozen. I'm pretty sure she was doing it as instinct (cleaning up messes) but there wasn't much I could do to deter her from it. In the winter we get a ton of snow and it is next to impossible to clean up the land mines left behind until it starts to melt. |
