What kind of food are you feeding your bigger dog? I saw on Victoria Stilwell's show there were a few dogs who eat poop. One reason could be that your big dog eats too fast so his body does not digest all the nutrients and much of it gets passed. So the poop is more tempting to eat. Also if the food you are feeding your big dog is not that high quality may have something to do with it. What are you feeding your yorkie? I think you may have to find out the reason why your yorkie is doing it in the first place instead of just trying to get the poop to taste gross(er) so she won't do it anymore. Are either of the dogs getting table scraps or people food?
Also maybe you could let your dogs in the garden one at a time and clean up before the other goes out?
