Hopefully your sis will wake up one day and realize her fiance is a d*uche! My mom was "dating" (eww) this guy for years. We all hated him. He was such a know it all. he was this red headed guy (no offense to any red heads out there) that was trying to educate us on our own Chinese culture! wtf? He was also one of those guys that when he shakes hands with another man he has to squeeeeze it soooo hard!!! Just like this guy, sounds like your BIL is not comfortable with his manliness or lack there of. My bf was the one who wanted to get a yorkie. He got mad when I cut Uni's hair short, he brings her everywhere with him, and is proud of her!
