My yorkie used to eat her poop too; I read about the pineapple and thought I'd give that a try. I bought the little chunks of pineapple, and gave her one of those (cut into tiny pieces) with her 2 daily meals. Within just a few days, she completely stopped eating her poo! Someone told me the pineapple further digests the protein so the poo is not as appealing to them.
