Welcome to Yorkie Talk. Your little boy Baxter is adorable. And I love the name...lol My Baxter didn't totally potty train until he was 9 mos. old. Your baby is very young, so it will take time.
I've never used Petsmart for training, grooming, etc. Honestly, I've heard too many disappointing things about them.
