First take look at the index page and see which forum your question would best be answered.
YorkieTalk.com Forums - Yorkshire Terrier Community. If you just want to introduce yourself and your dog, the General Forum is great for that. Once you found the forum that's best for your question, go to that, and you will see the words "New Thread" on the top, left side of the page. Click on that.
