As I said above, if his testicles have not dropped this aids in getting them there. Otherwise when it's time to nueter, it'll have to be done surgically through the abdomen. The behavior can be corrected after nuetering. If she plans to breed the dog, then telling him no is not a good thing, because when the time is right he won't perform.
