I wouldn't breed a girl that had a hernia as that is genetic. For a pet it's no real big deal, but you should've known about it as it HAS to be fixed. Usually people will lower the price to cover the vet bill. So if you bought her to breed I would return her - if she is a pet I would just get it fixed. I hope that helps!!
