So sorry you have to rehome little Toby. I'm glad you were able to find a local family and how nice of them to let you visit him from time to time. You may want to wait until he's settled with them though, let him transition as if he sees you too soon, he will probably be anxious to leave when you do.
Make sure you tell his new family about YT...We'd love to continue to see him too.
