I had 2 basset hounds they were pups and dolly got it first
I called the vet and they said they could hook her up with IVs upstairs in there vet office 20% chance making it
So I took the job in doing it
instead them being there so sick and not with me
I did what I could do it was a constant taking care of them and getting up just to push fluids downs with a syringe
I bought human pepo bismol and gave that to her by syringe

sometimes when you look at her you had to look hard just to see if she were breathing
I kept this up I also got infant pedi lite gave that to her
and more pepo bismol
And we had some LA 200 we had to do something and we just took the chance they were really for cattle goats and we used to use it when we had goats gave her a small dosage of it when they were looking better I would take her puppy food blend it in a blender with a little pedi lite and give them a syringe of it.
she got over it ...them Molly got it did the same thing with then poor Dolly got it back
Doctored them both
They both made it
And I think when Dolly got it twiced I think that was what made her smaller then her sister that only got it once
They were healthy after that
But it took alot of work and praying

(Usually the floors would also be contaminated any where the pup with it has been) I really don't remember what I did for that but they did make it and was healthy
