hi yorkie shadow yes i did and what she said she believes it to be a mass called histiocytoma. Most of the time these are benign. Sometimes they itch. Itchy tumors are sometimes mast cell tumors. Mast cell tumors sometimes look like histocytomas. Mast cell tumors tend to be malignant. Since this is a case where mistaken identity is possible Histocytomas will often go away on their own, so if the lump isn't itchy and has the typical appearance of a histocytoma. So they will do a culture next friday to make sure? she also found one on the bottom of his paw! So Hopefully this will help anyone who finds one of these lumps on their pet! but I will update after the culture to confirm this is what she suspects. hopefully this is not malignant!
I also posted some info on this condition on top of the page2 just in case someone might run into this problem!
