Assuming she is healthy and everything, I think you may be right, she may be upset at you. Since she is 5 already, she should have the pee training down. Dogs are creatures of habit, they don't really like it when their world changes. Eventually she will get used to it. Just have your fiance try to work more with her while she is adjusting. Good luck!
