I would go with the Wellness dry...Merrick has had some quality control issues in the past. I fed Merrick Puppy Plate to Snick when he was a pup, but if I had known better, I would have started him on NV raw 1st thing, or Innova Puppy. My all time favorite brand is Innova. Innova puppy has worked wonders for so many members. We feed Snick Innova Evo as part of his rotation raw and kibble diet.
