You handled that really well. Dont feel bad. How old are you? Im soon to be 50 and have always been a size 3 with a 24 inch waist and 115 lbs. Well this year I gained 30lbs in one month. My eating habits never change, I dont eat meat and it going on 25 years. My bra size was an A now Im in a D. I work with 95% men and they are very blunt and can say some hurtful things.
