I recently purchased this same litter box for my two babies but they don't use it. I have them comfortable with getting in and out of the box. I've also taken newspaper and put some of their pee on it when they go outside to potty like normal. I was hoping smelling their scent would help. Now if i tell them to smell or to stay in the box they will smell it but will not go potty. I desperately want to spare my carpets any more abuse but they don't understand to potty IN the box. They will go potty right next to the box on the vinyl flooring but never in the box. Any suggestions? They are only outside trained and have never used pee pads or newpaper inside the house before. My one baby is 8 months and the other is 2.5 years old.
