I just adopted/rescued a puppy mill "Borkie" today (well technically yesterday!). She's about 8 mths old and a real mess. Besides being very underweight (I can feel her ribs/spine VERY well), her fur/hair is quite thin, dull and "rough".
So any info, grooming tips, suggestions on how to improve her coat or whatnot would be quite appreciated! Thanks...
