after everything I read on here I don't think I would use a petsmart again. I did for Samson's first cut but that was before I knew better. I interviewed a couple of places and thought I found one but they ended up cutting him and didn't even tell me when I picked him up. I finally found a place that I love, I pay way more to take them there but it is so worth it. Harley is all puppy and they just did so well with him. I don't think the professionalism or training that the petsmart groomer have is all that great.
