Today we took our five month old pup Louis to the groomers (Petsmart) to get a full cut. They asked us to stay for a while to see if he would be good. Well then they told us that it would be better if he didn't see us because then he would want us so we just roamed around the store. Later, we get a call from the groomer saying that Louis was biting everything, everyone, and anything. Is this a normal reaction?

They were really nice at Petsmart, despite what I heard before. They didnt get to groom his face or his ears because he had been so freaked out. I think its because he had to deal with being scared and he wouldn't let anyone trim him because he usually was good when we took him for a simple trim. Well the groomer told us we could come back this week at no cost to finish him up.
