Prince seems to have this infactuation with other dog's ears.... he like to bite them!!! i know this is a long story but please help me!!!

It all started when he was about 2 months old I bought him the smallest version of those long toy dogs that squeek with the floppy ears. He would fetch with it and then he would just lounge on the floor biting it's ears off. Then when Prince got a little bigger I got him a medium sized dog.... and he chewed the ears off of that one.... and the stuffing was everywhere.... seeing that he liked those toys so much.... I upgraded him yet again to one of the same toys but MUCH BIGGER! The toy is bigger than him! He can't get enough and the ears are about 80% gone off of that one.

Right now Prince and I are at my mother's house and she has a 10 year old beagle mix that is VERY long with floppy ears..... I guess you can tell what happens next..... HE IS GOING AFTER HER EARS EVERY SECOND HE GETS!!!!! The beagle (dutchess) can be lounging around he will tip toe around the corner and POUNCE on her and bite her ears!!! (he does the same thing with his toys) Or while they are playing he will wrap his arms around her head and try getting at them that way.. When I tell him to stop or separate them he looks at me so confused like "What? I've always done this." I'm guessing Prince thinks my mom's beagle is just yet another BIGGER version of his favorite toy... Have I created a monster??? Prince is a really sweet boy but he is confused and I don't know how to stop him. He will stop cold turkey for a few days and then he is back at it again!!! Of course I keep them apart because Dutchess is pretty old but will he do this to all dogs that resemble his toys??? Should I just accept what I've created and rename him Tyson (Mike Tyson, get it? lol) No Seriously I need help!

PLEASE HELP!!!!
