I am so glad Teddy is doing better! i am surprised the vet would tell you that it could not of been parvo!
Because even though a puppy has had all it's shots the pup could still get parvo. Esp. in a 13week old baby. That is very young to have already all the vaccines. Even a dog that is over a year can still come down with parvo. Sometimes the shots do not take, because the mothers immunity blocks the vaccines from taking . That is why they do it in a set of three. And not to give the shots too early.
