uuuughh, what a terrible groomer, geeeezz. It is so tough to find someone who is goooooddd. I have told the person myself and left written my instructions on paper, they still get it wrong. I did find a very nice lady and now if they need a trim I go to her. Hopefully you will find someone too or purchase a dvd that shows how to clip the hair. Who knows, you may discover a talent you did not know about
