I'm assuming this is a Yorkie puppy... Wow... totally agree with the above posts! Don't believe for a second that she is weaned.. she probably doesn't have teeth yet!
Talk to your either uneducated or uncaring *gulp* breeder, and ask that the baby is weaned, socialized, vaccinated at least twice, wormed and Vet checked and that at 12 weeks you would be happy to pick her up. Be sure to get a good guarantee, because uncaring or uneducated is not the way to breed Yorkies.
Then... introduce the two in a neutral, not in your home. Let your older female get a smell or two of the new baby before you let them down together. Older adults usually don't like their face hair chewed on by a strange puppy and that seems to be the 1st thing they do.. so your older female will probably growl her down.. she may snap so be there at all times and never leave them alone.
It will take 2-3 weeks for them to settle in and your older female will be very, very jealous and most likely naughty in several ways, but it does get better.
