Once I thought that Rowdy swallowed a paper clip (not sure he actually did). I called the vet and he said to give him a 1/4 teaspoon of mineral oil on his food (he was about 3 lbs at the time). I gave him the oil 3 times per day. The vet also said to feed him a little bread, if he would eat it. I did all of those things and checked poop for 4 days and didn't see anything so i decided he didn't really swallow it. Anyway, hope this helps.
