I have had several Yorkies in the past..and all of them were barking madly by about 11 weeks old.... Mind you...it does make for a quiet life..but a bit unusual..or is it?

My smallest one didn't bark until she was around 8 mos. and then you could barely hear her, she's very quiet. The other one that is 5 mos is very vocal, I prefer the quiet. As someone else said, enjoy it.
