Yes, there are. My (Biewer) Molly has a beautiful silk coat and so did her parents and the new male I have purchased also has a beautiful silk coat and passes that on to his offspring. I have been to a few shows and there are many Biewers out there with true silk coats and they are beautiful...but just like Yorkies...there are Biewers with cottony and modified silk coats. Molly's 2 sisters had silk (feeling) coats as puppies but as adults they are more soft/modified and Molly's puppies are a mixture of silk and soft coats.
