I'm not sure what you mean by 'does not require a contract'. Do you mean no contract at all or do you mean you want certain things in a contract? Reputable Biewer breeders will require a contract of some sort...now...what you and that breeder agree to in your contract is up to you. If you don't breed and you have no intentions of breeding then having a spay/neuter clause in a contract should not be an issue and I don't see how it would or could affect a grooming competition. Having the clause where the dog goes back to the breeder if you can no longer care for it shouldn't be a problem either. So, why no contract?
