I posted two weeks ago of banning Buddy from my bed because he was
using it as a trampoline during the night, for whatever reason all of a sudden
and I couldn't get a decent night's sleep. I put his bed next to mine and only the first night of being banned did he try and get back in.
All's been good these past two weeks. We are both getting the sleep needed.
It started three days ago.
This little sneak jumped ever so lighty onto the bed about 1/2 hr before the
alarm went off. I usually wake up about that time and I was 1/2 awake when
I felt the bed slightly move. Was that Buddy jumping up? I wasn't sure and
stayed very still and sure enough that little smarty sneak tip-toed across the
bed and layed ever so gently down next to me thinking he was getting away
with something. We'll I let him stay there laughing into the pillow. When the
alarm went off a few minutes later he was on my head and acting nuts like
always. He did the samething yesterday and again this morning. You could
barely feel the bed move he was so gentle.
This little sneak, how the
heck he knows the difference from being the maniac he usually is jumping up on the bed to being ever so gentle as not to distrub me is just amazing. I am telling you ,Yorkies are human, with four legs and a tail
He will never stop surprising me with his genius mind.
