Any kind of chicken should be okay, as long as you remove skin/fat. For a sick dog, I would give white rice bc dogs can have a hard time digesting complex carbs - so simple carbs are probably best when they are ill. Complex carbs are "okay", but dogs just aren't designed to digest them as easily as we are.
