That is my reason for why I'm never buying a Parti Yorkie...a Yorkie is a Yorkie...not a Parti. I am partial to the traditional blue & gold Yorkies...not the faulty can't be shown white Parti's. Sorry to any Parti owners, but you'll never be able to convince me to own one. |
Um......have you taken a look around you at standard colored yorkies? I think even the breeders that are anti-parti would agree that many, if not most pet yorkies fall well below the standard, without being parti colored. Having one neighbor with a very genetically flawed parti yorkie should hardly give you reason to believe they are all like that. Pretty much anyone that buys a dog from a puppy mill is going to end up with the same problems as your friend there, regardless of breed or color of dog.
