They don't open until noon on fridays, but I've went ahead and printed out the adoption form and have started filling it out. I've also emailed them to let them know my interest in him and that I'll be there as soon as they open. I've been to that shelter before as a volunteer a few years ago. Not the best place to be if you're a little furball
Bloomington is not the largest city around here, but with the Indiana University campus smack dab in the middle, it has ALOT of people living there during the school year. Now is the time of year when all of the college kids head home, and unfortunately this means lots of pets given away as well. The shelter fills up fast.
