Little Dudley is just 1lb. 9oz. so I keep him in his kennel and feed him there. He is took out several times a day to tee tee and play and he has a water bottle in his kennel in case he needs it. Tina and Kayla are jealous and Lexi doesn't know what to think about him. Tina and Kayla are both about the same size but Lexi is a mini schnauzer and I am afraid to put him out with them right now. I have been taking him out and letting them smell and get aquantied with him but sometimes Kayla tries to nip him. I know Lexi would not hurt him other than stepping on him or playing too rough. So, I am just taking it slow and letting them get use to him and it will be a while before I am secure enough to let them play together. Am I doing the right thing. I hate for him to have to be crated but Lexi is still a baby herself and Kayla is 2.
