Hi everyone. I went on vacation for two weeks and I left Sasha with my friend. My friend has a shi tzu and she feeds Beneful
. Well, she said that while I was on vacation Sasha would eat very little and one day they got really scared because Sasha didn't eat anything at all. Also, my friend said that they had to feed the two dogs separately because Sasha's wanted her s**tzu's food, so they ended up mixing Sasha's kibble (Artemis puppy breed kibble to be exact) with beneful wet food
(I noticed Sasha gained a lot of weight in those two weeks I was away which made feel guilty cuz I thought I was underfeeding her, but sometimes I think it must be the ingredients of the Beneful)
anyway, now we are back at home and I'm very worried because Sasha eats very little. for example, I left to work at 8.15 am came back at 6.45pm and she still hasn't eaten! 10 1/2 hrs! I gave her some chicken breast and a baby carrot, she ate it.
Don't get me wrong I'm very gratefull that my friend took care of Sasha while I was away. They (including the shi tzu lol) gave her so much love, I couldn't have left her in better hands and, I know that switching homes has that effect on dogs. Just give me an idea. I've been feeding her artemis puppy bread kibble and Merrick's Puppy plate canned food.
