Yep same thing here with Sweet Pea. She doesn't mind her leash, but will not walk, she will sit and whine to be picked up. I have tried treats and she will eat the treat and not go any further. I have picked her up and walked a bit then put her down and she sits there looking at me..you all know that cute slight turn of the head look like "what???" GGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRR!!!
