Are you sure its just teething? I have never had any of my babies cry really badly with teething, only with an ear infection. If it continues, even overnight, I would take her in to get checked out. Teething is relatively easy to sooth with teethers or meds, where with ear infections they are much harder to console.
I hope she feels better soon. Its really hard to enjoy this time in their lives when they are miserable so often!
