I loveeeeeee the Shih Tzu breed!!!!! They are so mellow, sweet, quiet, loving!! We bought my mom's Shih Tzu for her about 6 years ago and he is the best dog.
In fact, hers was colored identical to your puppy when he was a baby...he has since lightened to a buff and white with some black still on his face/ears. I was told that you can get an idea of their adult color by looking close to the roots.
She is truly an adorable baby...and I think she looks like an Emmy.
