I am a newbie but after lots of research I have decided to switch my puppy to Wellness too. She has had Science Diet puppy bites from the breeder. We get her this weekend and from everything I have read I won't be changing her food at all for the first week. After the first week we will gradually mix the two foods until we transition completely to Wellness. For puppies it is the Wellness Super 5 Mix Just for Puppy. Petsmart doesn't sell it only Petco but there is a smaller Pet Store that sells it as well in our area. Maybe some smaller pet stores-not chains sell it in your area too. I think Petsmart sells the Blue brand which has a good puppy blend from what I have heard. |
