Okay so I know this is an old wives tale but my great grandmother told me to do this when Laci (my skin kid) was teething and it worked....take a piece of ribbon and get a dime for the year they were born, drill a hole in the dime put it on the ribbon and use it as a necklace (under your supervision of course) we tied Laci's so that she couldn't get ahold of it to put it in her mouth for fear of choking and I was so apprehensive about it at first but after all of the crying stopped it became my newfound miracle... I totally understand if you do not feel comfortable doing this b/c I was too and it sounds so odd just one mom trying to help another out
