Thanks to everyone for the quick response. I am so glad that I asked. I was afraid to give them to him, and I am glad that I waited. We are discovering all kinds of fun games here. Yesterday casey discovered scrunchies. I had some that are covered with denim and I tied a knot in them. Well they are just the right size to retrieve and shake around. Casey still isnt giving the cat much attention other than when the cat is playing with one of his toys. If he sees it he is determined that the sparkle ball should be his. I hope that one day he will be interested in some play. The cat thinks he is a dog. We found him all but dead when mowing. The vet said he was only 3 to 4 weeks old, so my lab and I nursed and raised him. He is not like other cats, LOL
( that is a understatement.) So I really hope they will one day be able have play
