Dear Anne,
My son sent off the box I put together for you, I didn't put a monetary value on it at all but it is a big box. I sent it out us postal service. I tried to get it together and get it to you before you left Florida, time was not on my side.
If you have cost please let me know I would be glad to take care of it. I feel really bad it took me so long to get it shipped out in the first place.
