I don't want to pile on, but I agree, that is way too long to leave even an adult dog alone regularly, especially confined in a small space. Remember that they are very social creatures.
Try to go home at lunch, take her to doggy daycare, or get a sitter as someone recommended. I'd also suggest giving her a little bit larger space, either an xpen, or a room closed off with a gate, etc.
