If this is the case, I would NOT take his (the breeder's) word for it. I agree that you need to take her to the vet tomorrow. Good for you!
Hon, I'm not even going to answer your other question. Only your vet can give you that information and advise you properly. Don't overthink it right now. Just get her to the vet.
