I don't know if you are doing these things or not, but I thought I'd offer these suggestions. First, do you change your pads frequently? I mean really frequently? Do you have at least two down? Our two have a different pad for pee and poop. Why, I have no idea! lol

When he peed on the couch and your daughter's chair, were you at home at the time? Until he's much older, he needs to be confined to a smaller area while you're gone. Potty training isn't perfect. They don't just get it one day and then never make mistakes again. You have to continually reinforce it.

Does he get really excited when you come home? Does he pee when he gets excited? My thought here is that he's waiting for you to come home, so he gets up higher to see out a window, maybe? When he sees you are home, he gets excited and pees where he is. IDK...maybe not. It's just a thought.
